Opportunity Day

The Stock Exchange of Thailand has organized the Opportunity Day Season; the objective is for listed companies to do the investor relation event and present about the business plan in 2010 and the company's performance in Q4 in 2009 to analysts, investors and mass medias.

Hence, SNC Former Listed Company Limited has set up on Monday, 22 February 2010, at room 1101, 11th floor Stock Exchange of Thailand Building at 10.45 - 12.15 am.

Signing of Joint Venture Agreement with SANTEC
	On 27 September 2007, SNC Former PLC (“SNC”) has signed the Joint Venture Agreement with a strategic alliance from Japan, SANTEC Co., Ltd. (“SANTEC”). The business principle is design and making mould or dies for parts of electronics, vehicles and mechanical parts to support the SNC Group business. The JV will be operated under the name of SNC SANTEC Co., Ltd. (formerly: SNC Fengxing Mould and Die Co., Ltd.) SNC holds 80% of total ordinary shares and SANTEC holds 20% of total ordinary shares.

Its factory will be located at Rayong, in the area of a subsidiary, SNC Pyongsan Evolution Co., Ltd.
